Time the contraction woke me up: 12:15am

Time I decided to wake the Monkey Daddy: 12:45 am

Time when we were driving to the hospital: 1:00am

Time we arrived at Labor & Delivery: 1:08am

Time when Jellybean arrived... in the triage exam room: 1:13am

It's a Girl!

School is out Wednesday, so it was time to put together some more teacher gifts. Yep- if you were reading here this time last year, you'll recognize the apple flower pots. They worked out so well last time, I did them again this year... and it's also a very inexpensive project! This time we filled them with gummy worms and also put some teacher goodies on the side... rubber stamps, pens, etc.

*sigh* Next year I'll have to come up with a new idea since Blessing #2 is going to have B#1's teacher!

When we were picking up the bigg'uns from school last week, the littl'uns fell asleep on our walk. It was such a sweet sight- Fortunately I had my camera and was able to get a picture!

Maybe not as precious (especially with that dirty window!) but still pretty cute... saw this sight this morning. Mowgli dreaming of going back out and Zacchaeus dreaming of coming back in!

Mirror images... except that one is a cat and one is a dog. :)

Mowgli is still recovering from some extended injuries
resulting from his two-week stay in the tree,
but he is doing amazingly well.

It's hard enough to stretch your arm far enough out for a self-portrait...
much less a self-portrait that shows a big ol' belly!
So I put the camera in the window, did the 2-second self-timer, and ran over to the stairs.
It worked well enough for now, I guess.
I'll have to recruit help from the Monkey Daddy later
to get a better one... it might even show my face!

Evidently I've got twins hiding in there. Evidently I've dropped so low the baby is going to pop out in like ten minutes. Evidently I'm much farther along than anyone thinks. Evidently I must have really really big babies. Yep, I've heard it all, I think... just about every day for the last two months!!

No twins.
Been carrying low the whole time.
My dates are right.
My babies are little.

35 weeks + 6 days.
