Sometimes we get so caught up in the big things of life that we forget to take notice of the little ones. It's often these that make life beautiful, and these small details are the tidbits in my day that bring me joy and make me laugh. It is for that reason that I'm sharing with you my LaughterThoughts. I hope these little reflections of my life bring you much joy and laughter, too.

I'm a mom to seven blessings- 5 girls and 2 boys! Welcome to my zoo- my little monkeys keep me entertained with all they do and all they say. I have a non-stop long-term and often very tiring job taking care of my seven zoo babies- There is an incredible responsibility being Monkey Moma... it may not always be an easy job, but it's definitely a very rewarding one! I give much credit to my loving, supportive, and hard-working husband. I could not do the things I do without him. My husband and my kids are gifts from God, and for them I am truly grateful! 5 Little Monkeys

THE FIVE LITTLE MONKEYS IN MY ZOO

Five little monkey living in a zoo. #1 turned six and lost her tooth.

Moma called to Father, and Father said, "My big girl has lost her tooth!"

Five little monkeys living in a zoo. #2 turned five and said, "Woo hoo!"

Moma called to Father, and Father said, "My girl is getting bigger. Oh, Boo Hoo!"

Five little monkeys living in a zoo. #s 3 and 4 were best little buddies.

Moma called to Father, and Father said, "You can play in the rocks, but don't get muddy!"

Five little monkeys living in a zoo. The little one smiled, and started to coo.

Moma called to Father, and Father said, "Where's my baby boy? Peek-a-Boo!"

we've got leaves! we just noticed them starting to uncurl a couple days ago. at least on the big tree. haven't checked on the little one we planted last year. it's in a shadier area and tends to be a little "behind."; 4/06/2006 11:43 AM

LaughterThoughts said...: they are definitely growing up too fast! took l in for 5 yr well check. i think the nurse said 46 inches (have to check the paper i scribbled it down on)!? doc said 96th%ile. i've not noticed her to be taller.... probably because n is taller. it'd probably be more noticeable if she were in the school setting like m-- when m's class is lined up, shes a head taller than all but one or two-- and still the tallest in the class. no, for real, the missing tooth totally "aged" m a lot!; 4/08/2006 12:12 AM
