Sometimes we get so caught up in the big things of life that we forget to take notice of the little ones. It's often these that make life beautiful, and these small details are the tidbits in my day that bring me joy and make me laugh. It is for that reason that I'm sharing with you my LaughterThoughts. I hope these little reflections of my life bring you much joy and laughter, too.

I'm a mom to seven blessings- 5 girls and 2 boys! Welcome to my zoo- my little monkeys keep me entertained with all they do and all they say. I have a non-stop long-term and often very tiring job taking care of my seven zoo babies- There is an incredible responsibility being Monkey Moma... it may not always be an easy job, but it's definitely a very rewarding one! I give much credit to my loving, supportive, and hard-working husband. I could not do the things I do without him. My husband and my kids are gifts from God, and for them I am truly grateful! "My beloved is radiant and ruddy, outstanding among ten thousand" -Song of Solomon 5:10; "Behold, children are a gift of the LORD. The fruit of the womb is a reward." -Psalm 127:3

Twinkies
Well, school is officially over for the year. M got to meet her new teacher and class (she is excited about her new teacher and her new classroom and her new desk). School was on early release for the last day, but kindergartners were on super-dooper early release. Class started at 8:40 as usual, but M was out at 10. So pretty much by the time we left the school, we were heading back! Yesterday was the kindergarten picnic, and I got a few pictures, but I forgot to get one of M and Mrs. T... Actually, I didn't get the picture mostly because things were a bit hectic as I was trying to keep track of my five monkeys (mostly B and S)-- I was doing constant head counts!! Overall they were all really good but amid all the kindergartners and parents and everyone else, there was a lot of activity. Plus, T was fussy, so I was having to hold him while keeping track of a stroller... which ended up holding only my purse. So, all that said, I took the camera today and got one of M and Mrs. T after all the students were out of class. M says,
"Look! Our hair is the same! We look the same!"

Is it just me or are teachers younger looking every year?! :) I love the picture of the two of them, what a great idea.
i guess as we get older, they seem younger!:-)... since we're still young, of course!
