Sometimes we get so caught up in the big things of life that we forget to take notice of the little ones. It's often these that make life beautiful, and these small details are the tidbits in my day that bring me joy and make me laugh. It is for that reason that I'm sharing with you my LaughterThoughts. I hope these little reflections of my life bring you much joy and laughter, too.

I'm a mom to seven blessings- 5 girls and 2 boys! Welcome to my zoo- my little monkeys keep me entertained with all they do and all they say. I have a non-stop long-term and often very tiring job taking care of my seven zoo babies- There is an incredible responsibility being Monkey Moma... it may not always be an easy job, but it's definitely a very rewarding one! I give much credit to my loving, supportive, and hard-working husband. I could not do the things I do without him. My husband and my kids are gifts from God, and for them I am truly grateful! "My beloved is radiant and ruddy, outstanding among ten thousand" -Song of Solomon 5:10; "Behold, children are a gift of the LORD. The fruit of the womb is a reward." -Psalm 127:3

fo' swizzle, fo' shizzle
You'll see that the kids wore their matching 4th of July t-shirts. (Props to Pinky!!) Aren't they cool? The graphic has each of the their names on it. They look really neat. And in the spirit of celebration, the sisters-in-law also sported their own matching tees!! (Props to Target!!)
We girls had fun chatting, relaxing, and working on little projects-- like making swizzle sticks for my July Bunco. Now the boys, on the other hand, went on hikes and bike rides and ate Mexican food. They didn't have matching shirts... and I think they were a little amused by my stir sticks since I'm not serving mixed drinks. I am having Blue Sky sodas, though, and I think they're worthy of a swizzle, don't you?
